Questions about the setup service
How much does the setup service cost?
It depends on the size of your system and what needs to be connected — installing the widget on a website costs much less than an integration with your own software. You get a fixed price in the free quote before any work starts.
When do I pay?
Only after the work is finished and you have checked that everything works. You receive a VAT invoice from AI AGENT HUB P.S.A.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. The quote is free and does not oblige you to anything. If the price does not suit you, simply don't accept it.
Do I need a Telofia plan?
To use the assistant you need an active plan (or a trial). The setup service is paid separately and does not change your plan.
What do you need from me?
Usually access to your website (for example a CMS account) or to the system we connect, and a contact person for questions. The quote lists exactly what we need.
Can I set Telofia up myself?
Of course — most customers do it themselves in a few minutes. The setup service is for those who prefer to leave it to us or need an integration with their own system.
