Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (your browser’s local storage and session storage) AI AGENT HUB PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA uses on the telofia.com website and in the Telofia dashboard. We store strictly necessary cookies without consent because the website does not work without them. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies (partner attribution) are stored only after you consent to the relevant category in the cookie banner (Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you consent to analytics cookies; until then no Google cookies are stored.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser on your device. Local storage and session storage are similar technologies that keep data only in your browser. The controller of data collected through them is AI AGENT HUB PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA and, for Google Analytics, also Google (see section 3).
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are needed for the website and dashboard to work, for example to remember your language and currency, keep you signed in and protect against forged requests. Under Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law they do not require consent.
3. Google Analytics 4 (with consent)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to obtain aggregated statistics on how the website is used: number of visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate location (country, city) and device and browser type. We use this to improve the website.
The Google Analytics script is loaded only after you consent to analytics cookies. We use Google Consent Mode v2, in which all consents are denied by default, and we do not enable Google Signals. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to monitor the website’s visibility in Google Search (e.g. the queries for which the website appears and indexing errors). This service does not store cookies in your browser when you use the website and provides us only with aggregated data.
5. Marketing cookies (with consent)
If you open a link from one of our partners, we may remember the partner code in the tf_ref cookie for 90 days so that, if you sign up, we can attribute your sign-up to that partner (and credit their commission). We store this cookie only after you consent to marketing cookies. Until then, the code is kept only in your browser tab.
Marketing consent also includes passing your consent to ad measurement to Google (Google Consent Mode). We currently do not use Google advertising tags or any other advertising cookies; we will update this policy before introducing them.
6. Third-party services
When you pay, you are taken to a Stripe page, which uses its own cookies in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy. The Telofia conversation widget embedded on our customers’ websites does not store cookies or data in browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies or social media plugins.
7. Managing consent
In the cookie banner you can accept all categories, reject all optional ones or choose categories in the settings. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer; when you withdraw consent to analytics cookies, we delete the Google Analytics cookies. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in.
